I heard this before ...

Today is a different Monday morning ...
It´s the 8th December of 2008; yesterday was an special night "Dia de las Velitas" in Colombia, that´s why today is "festivo" . I think there are some other countries which celebrate it too but don´t know if they use the same name... (Suppose it´s related to some religious celebration).

After some good sleeping and breakfast, I´m finishing pending tasks and hearing cool music. Among questions, surveys, application formats, bad lyrics, some statistics and random blogging, I realized I´m living now certain situations that I have already lived. This amazed me a lot, not because the fact of living them again, but because I´m repeating the same mistakes :( .... OoOpS!

I came to this point after reading friends blogs and taking a look to my past ... then I thought, OH MY GOD ... this is happening right now ! Why hadn´t I thought about it before? Answers of current problems are there; locked in past good and bad experiences.

While reading, I only said: hey, I have heard this story before! Why is it happening again? Haven´t I learned about it?

Well, it seems I haven´t :(

But, not everything was that sad. I also realized about great evolution ... some posts about LCEB elections, MC elections, research projects, cool initiatives make me feel satisfied about my professional life. I can say that I have achieved almost everything I wanted :) The road wasn´t easy, but hard work and a bit of obstinacy helped me to succeed.

Ok ... main conclusions:

- Please REMEMBER history ... not only to curse on it or remind it with a great smile, but to learn from it.
- Then, AVOID bad past experiences or at least, try to be wise, apply last learning and move on.

If you don´t do this, you are condemned to live your own history again and there will be no space for evolution and growth.
