Continue believing in LOVE
Before New Year, I always take the time to reflect about all aspects related to human being´s happiness. Don´t know why, but as me, there are many people who believe that every New Year should bring something special which will help to change our lives and be better.
One of the most important aspects is LOVE. We usually start and finish the year wishing love to our friends and family, but in the meanwhile, we just forget that this little word is actually the solution of many problems, though it is sometimes hidden; fears and frustrations make us forget the power of love, maybe because from time to time, those are result of lack of love :S ... confusing ah?
For instance ... today, I saw a little child in the middle of the street, begging for some money to eat (maybe, who knows ...). He walked by my side some blocks just waiting for any response. I felt like "where´s the love" song ... So, I wonder where the love is; love from their parents, love from us as human beings who are witnesses of inequality, lack of opportunities, corruption and ignorance. Then I realize that there is no love ... hm ... it was very scary because my country got used to see this situations and keep moaning instead of getting up and do something :(
If we love, we do something ... so, if we apply a syllogism, the results is that we don´t love other people out from our "familiar circle" >> family, friends, random people who we appreciate because different reasons.
Another example is when we end a relationship. It becomes the worst situation ever and we close our heart to future possibilities. When we get hurt once, we just delete the possibility to open our heart "as the last time" ... we change and our attitudes towards love too. I have some points here.
1. The problem is not loving but as I already said, how you love and in second place, who you love. Circumstances are different, people are different, so, relationships are always different.
2. We must learn from our mistakes, but the problem is not about love, but the factors I mentioned in the first point. Feedback is very relevant but it can´t slant us, nor makes us stop believing in love.

Well … new year is coming and I need to prepare myself to welcome it. :P
